Can I diagnose BSOD without dump files ? They were not created.

Hi, I am wondering if I can somehow determine the cause of 2 bsod's, even without dump files, since they were not created. I changed setting since the first bsod, to get dump files, and the second time it looked like the dump was being created, but it didnt complete I guess, since there are no minidump files.

Anyone who can help me ? Its a new pc, I put i together and it works fine exept these bsod's, 3 so far. There are no minidumps in C:windows/minidumps, the folder has not been created. I have the settings for startup and recovery the right way I believe. What else can I do to figure out the problem ?
