    Random BSOD on Sony Vaio laptop.


    I found your site while searching for solutions to the above problems. After reading several of the questions and answers, I actually tried some of the ideas, including one that I will have to ask for help with. I tried chkdsk/r and the program stopped after about 25% of Part 4 of 5 was complete. This also happened with chkdsk only.

    I have done the scannow program and have uploaded the following report.

    I hope you can help. I am by no means competent with the workings of the computer, but can follow instructions.

    Only crash dumps are not enough.

    Click on button below ....

    It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.
