Repetitive BSOD, problem apparently linked to video card

    Hello,

I have had the issue with BSOD since last year, and I have consulted someone on the Malwarebytes forum who directed me here. After making various scans and running tools, he told me that the BSOD is linked to the video card on the computer, I have tried to download latest drives but the problem is still taking place.

Your logs are incomplete, important files are missing that we need to analyze your issue/s. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.

Again, the logs are incomplete. Follow the instructions linked in post #2 and upload the unedited .zip file.

Again, here are the logs. If this is incomplete once again, I don't know if the tool is working correctly or not.

Unfortunately it is still incomplete, it's only collecting the dump files and not the rest of the files we need to analyse the problem completely. I'll ask someone to drop by and see if they can figure out where the problem is.

Can you temporarily disable your AV while running the tool then enable your AV again please, then upload the resulting logs. If that fails try this method. SF Diagnostic Tool - Using for Troubleshooting

Until we can figure it out, click start and copy Paste this %windir%\system32\msinfo32.exe into the search box. Open the entry that appears, click file > save and make sure it is an NFO file type, save it to your desktop, right click it, select send to and select zip compressed folder. Upload the zip folder with your next reply.
