    I had 2 drivers not installed, usb 3.0 and my chipset drivers. I installed them both and restarted to crash again after a lengthy black screen instead of the windows logo in the centre of the screen coming up. I attached the dump for this crash.

    Can you re-run the log collector as a couple of files are missing and one of the dump files is corrupt.

    The dump named 051615-37299-01.dmp is 0 bytes its the 2 crash I had when I restarted after the 1st one.

    Can you follow these two steps and report the results.
