Hello, psychobean and welcome to the forms. I will try to assist you. You only had 1 dump file, dated today. It said, as you know, it was your graphics driver.
Code:
VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa800a9f74e0, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff88003ce5970, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 000000000000000d, Optional internal context dependent data.
A Video TDR fault means basically the graphics driver crashed but did not recover in time, so the system assumes a video failure and shuts down to protect itself. This is your current driver

If you are overclocking anything, please set everything to default levels.
If you don't already have one, get yourself a good CPU and GPU monitoring programs. Please keep a close watch on both temps while gaming. I would also like you to run a GPU stress test. The temps will rise very quickly and very high. If they get too high, stop the test. I don't recommend Speedfan, but please follow this tutorial and run Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark. Let it run until the temps quit rising and level out for a while. Before you shut it down, please post a screenshot.

You said it started about 3 weeks ago. Did you install any new Hardware or Software around that time? Also please add your PSU and CPU Cooler Manufacturer and model to your system specs.
