No problem. That's what we are here for.
BSOD playing games
Same problem.
Do you have another video card or do you have a friend who would loan you one for a day or two? The best test would be to find someone who would swap video cards with you. Put your card in his machine and his card in your machine. That would be the ultimate test, to me. It would let you know whether it is the card or do we need to look elsewhere.
Also, please run the BSOD posting instructions again. Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Let me look at it and see if I can find anything new.
I have an old ATI Radeon GPU but I have no idea what model it is. I will install it on my computer and do the remove driver thing.
Update: It is a 5 series ATI Radeon. I am currently installing 14.12 per the autodetector
Update 2: Installing just the AMD Display driver for the GPU
Update 3: Running the benchmark on basic.
Ive ran the bencmark program on the 5xxx series ATI radeon and it worked without crashing. I believe that it is the 6970 GPU. I have attached an image of the benchmark program
Update: Going to play Anno 2070 to see if it crashes....will update if it does or doesnt.
Update 2: 25mins in and no crashes yet.

That's very close to your answer. The 5450 doesn't pull near the power of your card. So, if it isn't the PSU, I believe it is the card, unfortunately.
You are more than welcome. I hope this works out well for you. Good luck and let us know how things go.
