    BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal

I have had a bsod once a month for the last four months. Minecraft was being played on a server the first three times but was only brought up (but not being played) on the last time. Browser and Mail probably open, although I am not sure about the details the first time it happened. I usually have mail open but not the browser when playing... unless I look something up.

Took off the cover, dusted and made sure everything is seated ok yesterday. Malwarebytes run, no results. BlueScreenView suggests ntoskrnl in 3 of them (but with 2 different addresses) and HDAudBus in the other.

I have the minidumps zipped up but are they already included in the DM Log Collector file?

I have only a little computer knowledge but am good at following directions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to 7F Grogger. I'll see if I can help solve your issue.

Your Intel Graphics driver has been flagged.

Thank you, Boozad, for your quick response.

I did as you suggested and it comes back with 15 options in 6 categories. When I look for graphics driver it lists "Original Intel Graphics Driver." Should I download and install that? Don't I already have it, if it is the original. And about the other ones, do I get them as well or leave well enough alone? Thanks.

Yes download it, it will update your currently installed version. What others does it offer?

I got this message: The update did not complete successfully. (259)

Edit: It occurred to me I should do a backup but it can't see the external drive (Seagate Expansion) and gives the error: The parameter is incorrect (0x80070057) However, I can move files/folders manually to the drive and am doing that now. Just can't set up windows backup.

I've attached the results from the "Check Now" on HP support.

Edit: When I use the HP Support Assistance in Swedish it says everything is up-to-date. Confusing.

Click on the download link below and save the file to your desktop. Set a Restore Point by following System Restore Point - Create then install the downloaded driver.

Just want to make sure.... the link leads to a driver updater program, not an actual driver, right? I did a quick search on the extra program it wanted to download (and unchecked it) and it seems there are mixed feelings out there about this program. Do I let this program scan and report back with the results?

(Also, does the link disappear after clicking on it? I can't see it in your post anymore.)

I have set a restore point.

Sorry I didn't include the driver download, I'll post it up when I'm back at my PC later. It's just the graphics driver for now, we'll get that updated then see how stable the system is, bear with me and I'll get the driver posted up.

Here's the graphics driver, it's just the driver you need and no other software so tou'll be good to just download it and install it.
