PC locking up, BSOD? No dump files being created.

Recently my PC has been locking up/crashing where I have to restart it. It does not happen often but when it does it "seems" to be when I'm on facebook. I've been trying to track down the problem but its rather tricky since when this does happen it does not produce a dump file. I'm not even sure if its a bsod?

    Code:
    BugCheck DEADDEAD, {0, 0, 1924895b, 3c2a58ed}

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
There is only one crash dump in the uploaded zip, that is manually created using WhoCrashed.

No need to do such a thing. Apparently yours is not a BSOD issue.

I will see if I can manage any help for you.

Pitt mate some system specswould be very helpful https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html otherwisewe (myself especially) are working in the dark.

    >>Laptop desktop ??

From your event viewer I can see stuff like Bonjour that is going into a stopped state and something I wouldn't have on any machine anyway. Hence why we need the specs and any details on what you have installed.

    Sorry guys, my spec's are:
    fx 8350
    16gb ram
    asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
    sapphire HD7870
    Crucial M500 SSD
    Win 7 64bit

I've ran memtest with no errors, scanned with malwarebytes and ESET with no found problems. I initially though my browser( waterfox) may have been the problem since like I said it seems to only crash when on facebook( though not all the time I go there )I found some errors in the event log last time it happened, not sure if posting them will help, but I will.

It explains how to resolve repeat errors in tutorial. Focus first on errors near to the time of the crash.

Then continue with the troubleshooting steps, skipping none and reporting back results as there may be follow-up steps indicated.

Uninstall Dragon then run CCleaner disk and registry cleaner to test the difference.

Memtest86 is a crap inferior tool having a deceptively similar name of memtest86+, and its results are never reliable.

Believe it was just memtest86. I'll run the other one as well but I wouldn't think it was a problem with ram since it only happens when browsing internet and not when I'm gaming or using my programs( zbrush, 3ds max, keyshot ). Either way I'll run it and check.
