Only crash dumps are not enough.

    Click on button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

We need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.x

The installation is not activated - and cannot be activated until you have changed the Key to a valid one. The installed Key is the Default Key, which is blocked from activation.
Please change the Key to a valid one, and activate the system, then post a new MGADiag report.

Windows requires a Product Key to be input during installation - when that requirement is ignored, it inserts the Default Key itself, which allows the installation to complete, but which cannot be activated. Thus, after 30 days, the system goes into Reduced Functionality Mode, and displays, a non-genuine notification.

YOu can change the Key to a valid one for Windows 7 Ultimate using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.
