Please try running it again Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Then upload them in your next post, this will tell you how. Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums Be sure after you select the ZIP folder you click the upload button and wait until it has finished and you see the uploaded file. Then put it in the post by clicking the paperclip icon during you post and selecting the uploaded file.

Try this. Disable your anti virus. Completely stop it. And run the zip file and upload it. It could be a problem with the AV stopping it from running. As soon as you are finished, re enable the AV. I have never seen this happen except in cases where the AV stops it.

One more thing. Also after doing that go to C:/Windows/Minidump and copy the entire folder and paste it to your desktop. Right click it and select Send To then compresses Zip folder and upload that as well. You will get messages that you have to provide administrator permission all along the way. Just provide it.

Also, click start type msinfo32 into the search box, click the monitor icon that appears, the click file and save. Make sure it says as file type System information NFO file and paste it to your desktop, then upload it here. If it is too large, sent to > Compressed zip folder again and upload the zip file.
