So I just got back from my vacation and I'm still experiencing these BSOD.

So to recap, I've done the following:
    I've reinstalled Windows
    I've bought new RAM
I've switched sockets for the RAM
    I've bought a new SSD
    I've switched SATA cable
I've scanned the memory several times without finding anything wrong

So what could it be? The SATA ports?
I need this to end now, so do you think my best bet would be to buy a new motherboard?

Hmm, i guess so. It must be a failing motherboard.

To save me recapping right back did I ask you to check for "dry joints" where the USB ports are attached to the board?? see pics

I need to open her up and have a look, but I'm guessing that I will need to remove the entire motherboard in order to check for dry joints, right?

In the meantime, here's the latest BSOD I got this morning while watching youtube:

This must be the disk or your windows installation.

Well yes it is probably going to have to taken out because of the back panel and USB sockets form behind.

Now on the BSOD I think Laith might be onto something here take a look at this.

Blue screen with this error code: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, - Microsoft Community
I think the chkdsk stuff is worth a try the / p switch I have never used only the / f / r and in all reality the /f switch you can leave out if need be. Disk Check because there is no reference to the /p switch here but have seen it in some old links referring to parameters??

You can read off the results with this anyway Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log

If that doesn't work, i suggest you running the CD that came with your boot SSD.

I have my doubts about the SDD being the culprit as I got the same crashes with my old SSD.
Replacing it was the first thing I tried. But like someone mentioned earlier, it could be a SATA port, maybe?
None the less, I'm going to give disk check a try tonight.
Should I run it via the Command prompt or through windows?
I'm not sure what you mean with /p /f /r switch though.
Meanwhile, here are two more BSOD I got today.

Post #29. Have you tried plugging the SSD into a different SATA port yet?

I ran Chkdsk through the command prompt, no errors.

This morning I plugged the SSD into a different SATA port and I haven't seen a BSOD since.
It's early to say, but I'm really hoping this is it!

If I am to replace the motherboard I will need to buy a new CPU as well as the one I'm using has a 1156 socket which modern motherboards don't come with.
