Random BSODs, idle & busy, error 101

    Hi,

I've been getting random BSODs for a while. Usually it'll happen overnight and just lock up the machine, but it just happened while I was there, and here's a [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue !important]screenshot[/COLOR][/COLOR]. Also attached is the DM log.

I've tried the basic things like cleaning out the startup, running Windows update, updating the display driver, etc.

I would appreciate any help tracking down the cause. Thanks in advance!

    Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!
    Code:

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )
0x101's are always related to overclocking. Have you overclocked? If so reset the overclock.

    Hi Laith,

I hadn't intentionally overclocked or turned on any of Asus's overclocking features, but I see that Intel Turbo Boost is enabled, which will allow the "processor cores to run faster than the rated operating frequency if they’re operating below power, current, and temperature specification limits."

I'll turn Turbo Boost off and see if that fixes the BSODs.

    Thanks for your help!
