BSOD Random w/ typical error 0x0000003b

I have inherited a PC that was known good w/o any BSOD. I have been working to setup for gaming (new GPU, extra memory, wifi card). I have started experiencing BSOD. I have re-seated memory and checked it. I have removed cpu heatsink and reapplied thermal grease. I was thinking it was temp related but now not so sure. It may be the video card drivers but just a guess at this point. Sometime it will run for hours w/o crashing. It seems to be ok in Safe mode but haven't been putting load on CPU in that mode. I have uninstalled some programs. I have attempted restores w/o any luck. I have attached the logs/minidmp as well as a crash1.txt file that simply has the output of the post-crash bootup dialog that W7 provides.

Really appreciate any direction others may have here.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.
