    Code:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00010 ===> HP OEM PID
Original Install Date: 5/20/2015, 12:40:53 PM
System Boot Time: 5/28/2015, 2:33:28 AM
    System Manufacturer: MSI
System Model: MS-7918 ===> Retil MSI Board
A HP OEM PID is valid and legit on branded HP PCs only, and not anywhere else. When that key is applied on a windows installed on a retail MSI motherboard, it makes the windows installation counterfeit; and all sort of issues are possible there. Troubleshooting in this situation is meaningless.

Please get a valid windows license and do a legit install.

Arc is off line so let me give a little guidance.

You must start with a properly installed Windows 7 that is properly activated and legal.

Then if you have more problems Arc will be able to work with you.

Please read rule #4 of the forum rules.
