Repeated Random BSOD on New Build

I have a new build that I've been troubleshooting a bsod that has proven quite stubborn.
here are the steps I've taken
    reinstalled windows
done a ram swap and benchtest of ram passed
    swapped dvd/bluray drives
tested cpu using ultimate boot disk tools
    reinstalled intel 7260 wifi drivers
    chkdsk on drives
    pulled drives out
    replaced ssd with new drive
made a frowny face at repeated random (timing) BSOD's

    any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm new to the forum, so if there is anything else I need data wise please let me know.

Make it sure that your SSD is having the latest firmware.
(Legacy) Solid State Drive support information
    How old the SSD is?
