Following advice here may help you:

    Bug Check 0x8E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I'd start with a bios update then check drivers.

Congrats! You've got the oldest driver I think I've ever seen on a Win7 machine, and the good news is that updating or removing it will almost certainly fix your crash symptoms :)

A quick web search suggests it's something to do with Ulead apparently.

Hi, i appear to be experiencing the same problem you had, i keep getting the blue screen message and having to shut down the system.
Would you be able to tell what is causing the problem by the dmp files?

    Hi and welcome

I have never seen as many dmps that were virtually identical. HARDWARE.

Can you tell us more about what your system consists of?

I would just to try and sort this

dl and run memtestx86 for many hours
run a system file check to verify and repair your system files
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow
    If you are overclocking stop.

i would also go here and follow these steps https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

    Update on BlueScreen Problem

    Hi ZigZag,

Thanks for your post. I never got a chance to overclock the pc. I did what you said and ran the memtest but the computer froze after 30%. Scan disk brought up no errors and the problem persisted!
In the end i got sick of it and i wiped the the system and reinstalled win7 and the drivers again. this time i made a system image between installing the major drivers in case i ran into the same problem.
Fortunately iv been running the pc all day now and it hasn't frozen so it looks as if the problem has been solved.
I decided to run prime95 and memtest to double check.
Prime95 came up with no errors
memtest came up with 1 error:

    Attachment 44331

Im not sure what i can do about this. the system appears to be stable but il probably run into big problems when i decide to overclock.

The following is my system spec, iv installed all the latest drivers with it.

    Intel® Core™ I7-975 Extreme Edition 3.33GHz 8MB

    Asus P6T-DELUXE-V2 Motherboard

    Club3D Radeon HD 4870 X2 Dual GPU

Try this memory test: Memory Diagnostics
Let it run overnight (or until you see the errors).

Bad RAM is bad. It's gotta be replaced. The link above will help you to determine what's bad and what's good.
