    BSOD 124 While Playing games!

Hello. As the title says i got a problem with BSOD 124 ever since i have built it back in December! What i did over this period is that i ran all kind of tests that led me to absolutely nothing. I have ran prime95 for 24 hours no BSOD there. I have ran furmark 36 hours! Nothing there. I have run heavenengine over a gazillion times no BSOD there. I have run memtest86 for each slot of ram in every combination possible and no problems there. BUT Everytime i play games my PC always gets BSOD 124. This only happens in games!
I have run sfc /scannow and found some problems there. It wont repair it self and it redirected me to csc.log. I have used 0x124 troubleshooting 1 to 8 and i detected no problems there. I will leave 9 until later windows 7 key is not working anymore. (windows 10 comes out)
What i think is wrong is my gpu or the drivers of it because since i went through safe mod i have seen many BSOD 124 turn into BSOD 117 i dont know why that happened.
    Here are my DMP files.

    Hey and welcome to SevenForums!

124 is a hardware related issue. You made the most of our tests so that's good. I need you to run IntelBurnTest.

This might be a case of a failing motherboard. Did you get any tools for your Motherboard?

Is it? Really? If i got any tools i got everything that a box with a motherboard could contain. Cables, SLI bridge, CD, manual and some stickers and door handle.

Ahem. Everything that is on the CD MSI Drivers&Utilities as it is called can be found here: Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design 64 The programs and everything on the CD is exactly the same as on the website (actually on the website are the updated versions of the programs).

So please tell me what exactly do i need from here?

Oh, that isn't going to help. Replace the motherboard.
