BSOD 124 While Playing games!

It seems it`s not GPU or PCI E Slots failing it was a false alarm :/. I got new GPU and same error all over again (very frustrating). I even tried using all the pcie slots and all have the same error.
This is the new dmp after formatting and installing the gpu :/: PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think it's the slot that is failing because it's the exact same dump.

I don't think it's the slot. If it was the slot then nothe all them would have the same problem. I have seen somebody with the exact same bsod and at him it was the problem that the Internet used the pcie and had to upgrade his drivers. I upgraded mine and will see later today if it was fixed.

OK! After long looooooooong struggling in Windbg it pointed me to this:
wlx7bt.jpg

So what i want to know is that if this is driver related or what i think is CPU related which i really wish it not to be. I just updated its driver so i will wait and see. From my last bsod i did not have any BSOD till this day. I have found from my past BSOD`s that i got a problem with all of this:
25z2moh.jpg

So does this point me to cpu?

If it doesn't then use IntelBurnTest to check the CPU.

This is the report through WinDBG. I have no idea how to decipher AER so if anyone could give a hand i would appreciate it. It is not the GPU it has been changed with a new one. I will request a change of the motherboard in the meantime can you please decipher this mumbo jumbo?

Hi Johny.

There are four PCIe ports on your motherboard. Apply the graphics card to another one and see how it goes.

According to your post #26, it is this port that is throwing the issue:
I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5 v3/Core i7 PCI Express Root Port 3 - 2F08
8086= Intel
2F08= PCI Express Root Port 3

Hopefully any other port will hold the card good, provided an entire rail of the motherboard is not corrupted. I will want to hope that you are not that unlucky.

Even if you are, You can easily RMA the board.

Port number 3 as in the image in your post is called 2F04 and i got BSOD there as well. Other ports are the same. I have posted an image saying that all of them are not working. I went from 16x to 4x and everything is the same. I am very thankful for you coming to help. I will request a motherboard RMA hopefully that is the problem.

If all the PCIe ports are throwing the same error (0x124; parameter 1=4) and furmark passed for 10-15 minutes at least, then go for RMA.

Furmark past for 2 hours and more. Those tests are really meaningless cause they don`t crash. The crashes only take place in games. Any kind of games starting from low graphical ones (Counter Strike, LoL, etc) to high graphical ones (Witcher 3, Farcry4 etc).
For reference this is what tests i made:
Memtest86 and 86+ (10 passes no errors)
Prime95 all settings (24 hours)/ Intel burn test 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 all settings
Furmark 2-5 hours
Heaven Engine benchmark/ Firestrike
VideoMemtest (can only test 1GB at a time but it works ran it like 20-30 times)
Intel Diagnostic Tool.
Summary: All the tests showed no faults.
P.S I have sent a request for RMA now awaiting response.
