BSOD then no boot cause fwpkclnt.sys is missing or corrupt

I got a BSOD on my SSD and booting up it told me that "fwpkclnt.sys is missing or corrupt". I ran Startup Repair, tried System Restore, did a few things in command prompt, and nothing has worked. So I switched to my HDD for a day (it was working fine) but then overnight it BSODed or something and refused to boot up because "winload.exe is missing or corrupt".

The error codes for the SSD and HDD errors are "0xc0000221" and "0xc000000e" respectively.

    Specs:
    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
    8 GB RAM
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @2.67GHz
    NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
    P7H55-M Pro Motherboard

    Hey and welcome to SevenForums!

    Run MemTest86+ for 8 passes.
SeaTools. Run also the Emergency Recovery Disk and allow the system to repair or replace the missing or damaged driver file on the system partition.

The System Repair disk didn't work. Running the MemTest now. How do I run Seatools on the affected computer? There's a disk image in the install but it's for DOS.

It's not for DOS only. You can just take the disk image and run it as you did with MemTest86+.
