Torrrent program causing BSOD

Hi, whenever I try to download anything via torrent program my Pc crashes and it says Irql not less or equal and crash is caused by Netio.sys. I tried utorrent, deluge & vuze with the same result. I tried uninstalling my anti virus program and using Microsoft security essential but it did not help. Any kind of help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Here is the Dm log file.

Maybe try bittorent. I heard it is best, and DO NOT use utorrent beacuse it installs bitcoin miner on your PC so you are practically giving money to them.

Hey and welcome to SevenForums!

The problem is caused by your WiFi driver. Update it.

I was using an older version of utorrent (2.2.1), it does not have the miner, The only change in I made was going from 32 bit operating system to 64 bit. .everything else is same. I really need to use torrent program, because in my country torrent is the only way I can get certain things.

Oh, just follow my steps because the dumps blame the WiFi driver. It could be that the WiFi driver your using is 32-bit and your OS is 64-bit.
