BSOD Randomly, no new hardware, memtests 0 errors

The most recent thing I've done on this computer is rolling back my graphics card drivers a bit and installing all the windows 7 updates (hadn't done so since like 2012), which seemed to fix one type of BSOD I was getting.

I've run both memtest and the built-in windows memory check software on each stick of RAM individually, and neither program reported a single error.

However, I'm still getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b BSODs from time to time.

The BSODs are infrequent enough that it's really hard to test them, but frequent enough that I don't feel comfortable doing any serious work on my computer. Appreciate any help, thanks.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including stop 0x3B BSOD.
    Code:
Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64
    Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
    Built by: 7600.16792.amd64fre.win7_gdr.110408-1633
Report us for any further BSOD after installing Service Pack 1.
