Hello, Aegisdestiny. It would be helpful to us if you could give some details of what happens and if there is anything specifically you do that causes it. You had only 1 dump file. This is what it said

    Code:
    CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION (f4)
A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been
    terminated.
Several processes and threads are necessary for the operation of the
system; when they are terminated (for any reason), the system can no
    longer function.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000003, Process
    Arg2: fffffa800eccdb10, Terminating object
Arg3: fffffa800eccddf0, Process image file name
    Arg4: fffff80002fdee20, Explanatory message (ascii)
EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000006 - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0xF4_IOERR
    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT
    CURRENT_IRQL: 0
    ANALYSIS_VERSION: 6.3.9600.17298 (debuggers(dbg).141024-1500) amd64fre
That error code and the explanation of an I/O error is usually a Hard drive error, If you don't already have backups of your personal files, I would suggest you back them up now to an external source, preferably an external hard drive.

Please run Seatools for DOS. Both the short and the long test. This will tell you how

Hi essenbe, Thank You for the respond. I follow your advice and did both short and long test for the Dos Seatools and they both PASSED. As for how the crash started... I was playing Path of Exile in a Map with lots of mob spawn, then the sound went mute for 3 seconds and follow by a BSOD.

I'm surprised the hard drive passed the test. The dump file showed the cause as an I/O error. But, you may try reinstalling you video card drivers even though they were not mentioned. Install just the Graphics Driver and the PhysX driver. Nothing else follow this tutorial NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems.

If you are not having problems with any other game, consider it could be the game too. This is the Forum for the game, check there Forum - Patch Notes - Path of Exile. But if you have any more, Upload the files here again and we will see what it says.

Alright, Thank You. I will try and do that, and yes the crash only happen with this game. So far it hasn't happened today or yesterday. It might be the game, I will post again when I get more crashes and if anything come up after installing the driver. Thank You for all your trouble.
