    BSOD and Crashes playing Dota 2.

    Hi everyone,

    I have been playing Dota 2 for almost two years now. And for the first year I never experienced any problem. But then enter 2015, I don't remember what month it started but the problem always go this way:

    The Dota 2 Client will suddenly exit for no reason, the Steam Client doesn't. So I need to login again. Resuming the current game, after a few minutes it will crash again. This will happen around 2 to 3 times. After that the game will hang including the sound. Then it will enter the BSOD Screen.

    Things I have done:

    1. Clean my PC --> Doesn't work.
    2. Clean Reformat --> Doesn't work too.

    I've also tried experimenting it with other games like GTA V, but the bug doesn't happen.

    Possible problems that I have thought:
    1. HDD Section containing the Dota 2 files are somewhat damaged.
    2. PC is heating too much, but then the PC should crash every time it reach the threshold. But it only occurs on Dota 2.

    Attached is the dump file. Attachment 361814 Hoping for positive response.

    Thanks,
    Jethro Torres

    Hi, already posted a dump file , Attachment 362037 Badly needed help. I might buy a new hard drive for nothing if I found out that the hard drive is not damaged.
