BSOD During Gaming, Rarely Internet; atikmpag.sys (0xFFFFF88003A7D848)

I've run Prime95 and I know the crashing isn't my RAM or CPU
OCCT tells me that I have stable power from my PSU
My processor and GPU both stay cool enough
**OCCT GPU Test DID crash my system, same error. (see below for WhoCrashed report)
I've tried numerousmethods to fix it (from the internet), and I'm beginning to wonder if my video card is actually bad. Can anyone help?

    EDIT:
I placed my video card in the other seat in my mobo and wiped the old drivers, installed the latest ones (which I had before), and now I am just getting freezing during gaming and during the OCCT graphics card stress test after approximately 13-18 minutes of use

    Conclusion

9 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

dxgkrnl.sys (DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

No, you didn't do anything wrong, sometimes it takes a while.

For the time being, try using one of the previous drivers, R9's are pretty common to show up in this section.

Sounds like you're doing things right, you don't have your PSU listed in your specs, can you add that in.

The analysts will be along when they can to follow up.

Thank you for the reply! And thank you bunches for that link! I was looking for the previous drivers for a bit, kinda ashamed I couldn't find them now xD I'll test these out incrementally and get back to you if I find success!

EDIT: I believe it may be stable after downgrading drivers. Ran a GPU stress test successfully for an hour. I will play some WoW later (a very crashy game for me) to verify. Thank you again for the old driver link! You may have solved this problem which I've been working on for two weeks :)
