Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
I see from other reports that this is a common problem. However, the BCP number sequence seems to change and I have no idea what any of it means. I would really appreciate it if someone could explain to me what is making my pc unhappy.
At first I thought that maybe my monitor was going bad because I turn off my monitor when I leave my computer and once I returned then I could not get the pc to wake up. So hours later I decided to reboot but my computer would not reboot either so I had to unplug it and then reconnect and reboot. That is when I received this bluescreen error message which must have come up while my pc was sleeping.
My Dell computer is 4 years old. Could it be the power supply?
