Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

I see from other reports that this is a common problem. However, the BCP number sequence seems to change and I have no idea what any of it means. I would really appreciate it if someone could explain to me what is making my pc unhappy.

At first I thought that maybe my monitor was going bad because I turn off my monitor when I leave my computer and once I returned then I could not get the pc to wake up. So hours later I decided to reboot but my computer would not reboot either so I had to unplug it and then reconnect and reboot. That is when I received this bluescreen error message which must have come up while my pc was sleeping.

My Dell computer is 4 years old. Could it be the power supply?

Hi Derek my friend. :) I am posting here as ACaetta asked me to do so ... I am giving a primary analysis to him, you can continue here whenever you want. :)

Hi ACaetta. Search for driver updates to the Intel(R) 82567LM-3 Gigabit Network Connection in Support | Dell US

Let us know the situation after updating the driver.

    Hi Arc,

I found that driver at Dell. I downloaded it and another one too that Dell analyzed and said was needed. I am feeling relieved that it was probably just a necessary driver update that I needed to do. We'll see how it goes but everything is probably good now. Thank you so much for your help! I really do appreciate it!

Nice! Now give it a keen observation for a few next days. Report us for any further BSOD.
