BSOD while browsing w/ chrome, gaming, and other

Lately I have been getting blue screens while gaming and performing similarly intensive tasks as well as when browsing chrome or even when chrome is left open or idle whilst stream content. This has been happening for the last couple weeks or so, but have been lately increasing in frequency.

I have a tendency to have various windows of chrome with several tabs each, though stopping this habit did not seem to have an affect on the frequency of blue screens. Furthermore, I have also removed unnecessary any chrome extension. The only reason i mention chrome so much is that it was consistently been one of the programs I have open when I get a bsod.

In addition to the info above, I also ran a memtest a couple of nights ago for 3~4 hours where only two passes were performed and no error returned.

I have not made any significant hardware changes recently, nor (to my knowledge) made any major changes to drivers.
