Hello, Antinaka and welcome to the forums. You have a fairly unusual problem, which I will try to help you with. A typical dump file will name one driver as the cause. Yours are very different. All 3 of your dump files are the same.

I am going to give you some suggestions and see if your experience improves.

Please note that those marked in red are for Norton Anti Virus, which is a know cause of BSODs. I would suggest you uninstall it and run the Norton removal tool https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/...rProfile_en_us
Replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows, at least for the time being.

It should also be noted that several of those are Razor drivers which cause some people BSOD problems and others it doesn't.

Please go to Windows Updates and click on installed updates and search for KB3022345 and KB3068708. If you have them installed, please uninstall them. This will tell you how Windows Update - Uninstall an Update. If you find and uninstall them, watch for them to be scheduled to be install them again. When you see them, right click them and select hide. You should not have them any more.

Next, please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Thank you so much! I uninstalled Norton and the Windows Updates as you suggested. I also installed Malwarebytes to work with Microsoft Security Essentials. Is the combination of those two programs ok? If not is there an alternative Antivirus/ Malware protection that you recommend? I ran the scan and the verification was completed 100% with no integrity problems.

Malwarebytes is a very good choice as long as you don't use the real time protection. Use it as an on demand scanner. That's good news about the system scanner. Let's wait and see how you fare now. If you get another BSOD, just upload the BSOD posting instructions again.

Sometimes, but not always. The 'rule of thumb' has always been never run 2 real time AVs.

I went to the Malwarebytes forum and the FAQ said to just put the Malwarebytes exe files in the exception list for Microsoft Security Essentials. Hopefully that help with any future issues.

You can and should use Malwarebytes. I just recommend not running it as a real time anti virus. Use it as an on-demand anti malware. Let Security Essentials be the Real time anti virus and just manually run Malwarebytes once a week or how ever often you feel like running it. It is really not an anti virus anyway. It is an Anti Malware scanner. I also use Superantispyware (SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!) as an on demand scanner also. It is good for picking up tracking cookies and spyware.

Please check for the 2 updates again and see if they were installed again. KB3022345 and KB3068708, if they are uninstall them again. Then watch Windows updates and look at which updates it wants to install. When you see those 2 listed again, right click them and select Hide.

Please also run the sfc scan again.

Check and make sure you have the latest firmware for your SSD and if you have a toolbox for it, check the Health and performance of it. Please run Check Disk on you Western Digital Drive. Disk Check

Please make sure you have the latest version of Direct X How to install the latest version of DirectX
