PC crashes during sleep. Lenovo T440p

    Hey everyone,
I have a Lenovo T440p that is having issues sleeping. For example, on 6/2/2015, This info is stored in the event logs:

1:03:16 PM - Information - Kernel-Power - The system is entering sleep. Sleep Reason: System Idle.
    ...
2:37:01 PM - Information - Kernel-General - The operating system started at system time 2015-06-02T21:37:01.109999300Z.
    ...
2:37:08 PM - Critical - Kernel-Power - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
    ...
2:37:11 PM - Information - MEIx64 - Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has started successfully.
    ...
2:37:16 PM - Error - EventLog - The previous system shutdown at 1:02:50 PM on 6/2/2015 was unexpected.
    ...
    2:37:27 PM - Error - BugCheck - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800d17a140, 0xfffff80000b9a3d8, 0xfffffa80119bf010). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 060215-16146-01.

The computer has done this 25 times in the last three months.

Please let me know what additional info i can provide to help understand what the issue is. Factory resetting the computer is an option. I haven't done it yet in case it doesn't fix the issue, and I lose my event log data.

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Please upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

We need to see this file very urgently. It will tell us more about the failures.

    Do three things.

    1. Disable bluetooth in device manager.
    2. Download and install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7.
    3. Do this:
Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
      1. Click on the Start button
      2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
      3. Select the “Startup” tab.
      4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
      5. Apply > OK
      6. Accept then restart.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing these.

Thanks for the quick reply and your time so far.

I'll try everything you requested. Unfortunately, since the problem occurs around once every three days, it will take a while to be sure that the problem is fixed.

On another note - is there a way I can analyze the dump files myself? As much as i appreciate the support from this forum, I'd rather use my own time and not yours to diagnose issues. I work as an IT specialist in desktop support and I would appreciate any documentation you have on diagnosing BSOD issues from dump files. Do i need software to analyze the files?

If you want, you can debug a BSOD yourself. It will require tool (windbg), information (www.carrona.org) and practice.
