BSOD while using Outlook 2013 and click on URL link
The user was in Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, clicked on a link and the computer BSOD'd. This computer has had problems before with a bad hard drive. I suspect the disk controller on the motherboard is bad but I would like someone to verify from the minidump file. I Googled the blue screen dump messages using Nirsoft's blue screen reader, but they came up with very long forum postings that had no resolution. Please, thank you! I tried downloading the DM Log Collector but it was flagged as suspicious and removed by the antivirus.
