    BSOD,freezing,artifacts&crashes (big info inside - STOP 0x0000003B)

As per posting instructions...I have removed the stuff on my thread and just attacthed the zip the rules request.

OK so I have been suffering from BSOD,freezing with no info that needs me to restart and graphical artifacts in and out of game.On top of that there are crashes happening randomly in various games and of different nature each time and even the internet browser crashes many times.(game errors can range from file verification errors to simple mapload crashes with no message)
Artifacts have happened since I upgraded to R9 280MSI but the BSOD happened before as well.Last GPU got fried.I thought it was my HDD but that died as well and the BSOD persists even while running single SSD.

WIN DEBUGGER error log(bsod dump analyzed) :

    Still no light.
Am I supposed to let this sink?Is thread bumping allowed?(rules say no useless posts to increase your count, but what happens if thread gets buried? What is the point of not bumping if I am just gonna go make the same thread?)

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

It appears to be a driver behaving rogue.
    Code:
Arg1: 0000000000000091, A driver switched stacks using a method that is not supported by
        the operating system.
But the crash dump (that is of 19/06; old enough) failed to catch the driver.

Let us wait for some more BSODs, at least 2 or 3 more, then we will compare the dumps altogether to find out which driver is causing the issue.

For the time being, you remove "CCleaner Monitoring" from startup .... that is, dont let CCleaner to auto-start with windows.

Thank you for your assistance.I will do what you say but I have a problem..

I have only one log file and that one because I saved it on desktop and then put it back on the minidump place for your program to gather(that is why the first was empty)..
This is because for some reason the minidumps are not saved anymore...I activated the thing on my computer settings, it worked for a while but then it stopped.
Any clue as to why it might have stopped working?(CC cleaner is not set to remove dumps either)

If you have taken the registry entry from post #5, we may expect that teh dump will be recorded for the next BSOD.

If still not, let us see a camera snap of the next BSOD screen.

CCleaner (Not CC Cleaner; it cleans C, not CC) cleans dumps or not, you have to remove it from startup.

I did the registry yeah, let us hope it does.
Thanks for the CCleaner info, gg.

All I got so far while using the driver verifier is a 5 second freeze with a buzzing sound that recovered and then this. Imgur
Could it be a defective GPU or PSU?Or we are not looking at HW issue here?
