    BSOD occurs with Internet Explorer and Printing


    When printing from a website, most forms print fine - except in one area the form wants to download as a pdf. When I choose "open" and then try to print...BSOD. If I choose save, and open the file after it saves, then it prints without the BSOD. So, I do have a work around, but...just can't stand no being able to "fix" this problem. I uploaded the dmp files...any suggestions? Thanks! Audrey

    Update the intel USB3 driver from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-B75M-HD3 (rev. 1.0)

    Also update the driver to the printer.

problems printing from internet

I don't know if this is a Windows 7 issue or IE 8 issue. I have an HP 1200 series all in one printer. It prints all microsoft office documents fine. However, since getting my new computer with Windows 7 and internet explorer 8, it will not print clearly when trying to print from the internet....
I have a desktop and a laptop both with Win 7 Home Prem. A HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is connected to the desktop. Everything works except printing from IE to the remote printer. IE hangs while it tries to spool to the printer spool. I cannot cancel the printer spool, all I can do is end the IE task...
