Nice to have so much info to work with.

I looked at 7 of the dumps and all pointed to dwm.exe (Desktop Window Manager) which is part of the OS so unlikely to be the real cause, more likely to be the video card or driver. You have a AMD Radeon R7 200 video card. Also looks like you have the latest released driver but I see a Beta 15.6 driver, maybe give that a try or go back to a slightly older driver.
