Random BSODs with incr frequency, possibly video driver atikmdag/pag??

    Hello,
I searched the site and read some of the other threads with this driver but most of them have been on new installs.
I have recently had a significant increase in BSOD and/or Win lock ups. Sometimes it crashes and autoreboots, other times I get vertical lines over the entire screen, and still others I get a flashing message of "Not Optimal Mode", even thought it is displaying the Optimal mode that the ATI software prescribes.

I have a custom built desktop machine I have been running for 7 years, with the only change in hardware being a couple of additional HD's about 9 months ago. There hasn't been a new video driver for my card in a couple of years.

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated! Mini dump files attached per the websites protocol.

WinDBG blames the very outdated video driver. Its not uncommon for older cards/older drivers to not work properly when Windows drivers are updated. We need to take a closer look at your hardware.

Run MSINFO, then save the results as a .nfo file, and upload it here please.

Thanks. Here is my .nfo file. I had checked with AMD, and they said I had the latest drivers installed, although they are from 2013. Thanks in advance for your expertise and any recommendation you have.

I rolled back my driver to a previous one, but any videos/you tube only appear as a green screen.
