I wasn't able to try a different monitor for that issue, plan to buy a new one soon.
Regarding the GPU test, I ran it 4 times at different hours/days for about 5 minutes. It froze only once, but I ran it immediately after another freeze, so it might not be related to the test.
Still looking for any cd for my SSD.

Hm, it is definitely the GPU/Monitor issue. Discard the searching for the SSD. It is the monitors fault i'm almost certain.

It can also be a GPU issue as you said it froze when you ran Furmark. Do you have any other GPU to test with?

Unfortunately no, I don't have another GPU. So what do you think I should do next?

I think you should replace the GPU first.

Mmm... I don't know when I will be able to do it.
I recently cleaned my pc, so I think for a while it should work fine.
Do you have some other tests to try in the meantime?

I feel the issue is about the CPU temperature. But tell me what you think.

    Now delete your Speecy-attachment.

It's a bad cooler, replace it.
