Black screen and crash at seemingly random occasions. Event ID 41

    Hello All,

I have recently got myself an upgrade at the end of May, and I've been getting weird black screen crashes since. Event ID 41, Task 63, Keywords 0x8000000000000002
So far, I have no reliable ways to reproduce the issue. But it occurs rather consistently when I am doing either the following:
    1. Browsing on Pale Moon.
    2. Playing the video game DOOM (and only happens on DOOM so far) with a sourceport called Zandronum.
    3. Doing nothing and had my screen off.

At first, I thought it might be my RAM, because I foolishly mixed my RAM modules of different timing and frequency for a while. But the problem persisted even after I got myself my current RAM.
I do not overclock, and my PSU is new. So I hope those two are not the issue.
I'm not sure what else to do now.

hello Khrada, and welcome to the forums. You have no dump files. Please make sure your computer is configured for Small Memory Dumps Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

An event ID 41 simply means your computer restarted unexpectedly. Nothing more.

I looked at your error reports and noticed that most of the error reports recently have been caused by your PS2, I believe. They have been NeptuniaRebirth1 and SCPdriver.exe which I believe is a Emulator driver to allow PS2 controllers to be used on Windows. I believe I would make different arrangements for them and maybe the PS2.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I will attach another zip files with minidump included should the problem occur again.
If I am understanding correctly, I am to do something about the file called SCPdriver? It is a driver serves as XInput wrapper for me to use Dualshock 3 controllers on my PC. Should I attach it on my PC at all times? Because so far the system has only crashed when I am not using it.

    Thanks

EDIT: I just checked the error reports you mentioned. The two errors seems to be unrelated, as there were no crashes on the most recent date of those error.
