BSOD error " Bad pool header and page fault in non paged area"

Recently had my work laptop upgraded to Windows 7 from XP. Everything worked fine for one week. Then I started getting the BSOD error " Bad pool header". My computer will repeatedly shut down to protect windows. I notified my IT department and they believe that I corrupted the hard drive, as I have local admin rights. they provided me with a loaner computer and loaded my backup system on to this laptop. Worked great for a week and then again started getting " bad pool header and new error "page fault in non paged area. They believe I again corrupted the hard drive. The only software I installed is a program I use for work "Form Max" which other users have been using successfully in Windows 7. I used the DM log and have attached the dump files. Any assistance would be appreciated.
