Been having CPU issues, trying to figure fix, sudden BSOD 0x00000124

I've been having issues while gaming, mainly that my CPU will drop while I'm playing, which will cause HUGE FPS drops for a second or so.

Today I've been running a bunch of tests on my computer (using the intel one, anti-virus stuff, etc). I opened a program and went to message a friend and my computer blue screened giving me the 0x00000124 Error.

CPU drops while gaming, causes major FPS drops (goes down to <5 for 1-5 seconds). - Gaming - CPUs

I have a lot of info in this thread, but I'm more than willing to answer any questions or provide things too.

Three months ago I had an issue with BSODs but they went away. I'm a gamer and had no BSODS while playing many games. Recently I've been playing the Hunter, Red Orchestra 2, F1 2011 and the Battlefield 3 beta. I played for many hours without any issues, then all of a sudden on the 2nd of this month...
