The only error in the CBS log was from the SFC scan - and that one is the 'usual' one from KB3068708.
You can either ignore it, or uninstall the update, and hide it when it returns in Windows Update.
MS say they will fix it some day - but they don't say when (so don't hold your breath!)
So the whole "corrupted files" thing is just a false alarm? Good, then that issue is resolved I guess. The issue with the realtek ethernet drivers remains though and still unsure what to do (awaiting further feedback)

By removing entries I was referring to msconfig, under startup tab untick everything except AV, heres a guide
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

As the dump files are specifically blaming that network driver as causing the error that would be the most logical place to start, and the driver is quite old so cant see it doing any harm.
If you are unsure which one then try downloading them both/all - enter device manager, right click update driver then point at the folder you downloaded them all too and it will automatically grab the required one

oh and sorry for the late reply been away at a family wedding all weekend :)

    That is no problem. :)

I have done an update of the Realtek Ethernet drivers (Type is PCIe GBE Family Controller) to the latest version (7.92.115.2015). Installation was flawless.
So I did a test to check for any occuring BSOD's. After rebooting the computer (to make sure the new drivers were running) I turned the device into sleep mode and woke it up again after a few minutes. After approximately 10 minutes I did a shutdown, which also went flawlessly, not the usual BSOD anymore.

So I assume the issue has been resolved :) for now.. Thank you for the time you invested into this! I'll contact you back if it would reoccur.
