0xc00000e9 error, Unable to boot to windows, help?

tell me what happened. What won't show your Hard drive? Can you go to BIOS > Boot Options and is it seen there?

You can create a USB Repair Disk this way System Repair Disc - Create Read all the information and warnings at the top.

You can create an installation Disk this way USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create. Option 1 is probably the easiest way.

Remember either one has to be the same edition (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate) as the one you have now. It also has to be the same bitness (X86 or X64) as yours. If you have SP1 installed, the Repair disk has to have been created with the same version of Windows you have with SP1 installed. I would suggest for you to use the Installation disk. It will do anything the repair disk will do, plus it can install Windows which the repair disk can't do.

I don't know how your disk is set up. If it has a 100MB System Reserved Partition it needs to be marked Active. This will tell you how. See Method 2. Partition - Mark as Active

If it has the 100MB partition, it should be partition 1. Assign a drive letter to partition 2. Partition - Mark as Active Use this tutorial. After you mark Partition 1 as active, type select partition 2 and press enter. It will reply partition 2 is the selected partition. Type assign and press enter. It will assign the partition a drive letter. That is necessary for windows to "see" it. Then type exit and press enter. Then type exit and press enter again.
