I have no idea unless it is your laptop. Have you figured out how to remove the hard drive? If so, just for a test. Remove the hard drive, disconnect all wires and try to boot into your USB drive again. If it boots into the USB drive, you have probably just found your problem. You will have to just cancel out of the USB because there is no hard drive to check. But it will tell you it is most likely the hard drive stopping it. Rarely is a hard drive difficult to remove. Usually it is a 5 minute job.

Upon further inspection. It's not the hard drive as it still wont run.

Go into your BIOS, look for the sata controller and see what it is set to ( IDE, AHCI, Raid ), set BIOS to Optimized Defaults, set your sata controller to what it is right now, set your boot order, save and exit. See if you can boot. It has to be something to do with the laptop. You have tried to boot with Seatools, with 2 versions of the repair disk and it won't boot with any of them. If you followed the instructions I gave, there is no reason at least one of them would not boot, unless the USB drive is defective. It is difficult to believe that you could have had 3 bad USB installs. There is something else wrong. You need to find an external DVD drive and boot with that.

Try this. Go to Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool. Scroll down about half way down the page and they have downloads. Download Version 4.20 Auto Installer for USB key. It will install Memtest86+ on a USB drive. All you have to do is tell it where the USB drive is, it will do everything else. It is a test for the ram. If it won't run, something else is wrong. While you are at it, let it run all night. It needs 8 Passes to completely test the ram. 8 Passes with 8 GB of ram should take 9-10 hours. Just plug it in and let it run.

In fact, on second thought, download this, it is either 4.20 or 5.01 memtest86+ USB installer. Unzip it, open it and and tell it where the USB drive is (drive letter), select format it and boot from the USB drive when it is finished. it is fool proof, it will work every single time.

Should I move this to another sub-forum? Like hardware?

No, it won't give you anything. It just tells you whether you have errors or not. You still need to find a way to run Seatools. I still think it is your hard drive or the file system.
