Memory upgraded, BSOD while streaming video, system regularly crashing

    Hi,
I have been having some issues with my laptop (Dell XPS L502x) crashing intermittently lately. Sometimes it crashes when I turn it on from sleep mode. Other times, it can work fine for a period and then crashes randomly. I have tried to update all drivers as recommended on the Dell driver update page but then today, as I was streaming video content with my laptop connected to my TV via HDMI, I got the BSOD.

As per the posting instructions, I downloaded the dm log collector. But that had problems and closed and automatically removed the dump/log files. I ran it again and managed to make a copy of the folder (SFdebugFiles) before it was automatically deleted again by the program. I have attached a .rar of that folder below.

In addition, I have included a CPU-Z report of my system spec, if that helps.

    Thanks for your help

    Update:
System crashing randomly on startup; sometimes it works fine but other times it will begin to load up and then power itself off. Then the next time, it loads normally again.

Also I should have mentioned that I recently upgraded the ram to 16gb (2x 8gb). I thought initially that these problems may be related to this but I've done Dell system scans and the memory passes with no errors. Also as you can see from my system, it is recognising the full 16gb so I assume that all are installed correctly.

If anyone can give me some help, that would be great.

    Memtest86 results - please help!

So I decided to test the upgraded RAM. I ran memtest86 with both sticks in place. It ran fine for over 20 hours with no errors, on pass 5. Then suddenly the screen went blank but the laptop was still running, it still had no errors just before the screen went blank. I pressed the Esc key and Windows then loaded up normally, which would suggest to me that there is a display/graphics issue??

If anyone could help me shed some light on what is wrong, that would be great.

    Thanks
