Seeming random BSOD's since GPU change

So, on 6/28 I got a gtx 970, safe mode, DDU, etc. but it kept BSODing and artifacting under the slightest load. I changed it out 3 times, and always had the same problems, even if they got better. Eventually switched to an r9 390 because if was a free upgrade, and the BSODing got worse. MSI afterburner has been enabled and disabled, cards were reinserted, PSU is 7 months old and works fine, and drivers were reinstalled copious amounts of times. I switched to the 390 3 days ago, and today I discovered that my PSU's PCI-E power cables were in fact 2 six pins, not a six and an eight, so I changed that and it got a little better, but they're still omni-present. Ok no worries the last dump that I can see now have an issue with Avast - am not sure just why or what but maybe disable it for a while and see what happens. The other dumps do have other issues one I can see with an update/s but lets deal with this one first.
By the by is the Avast paid for or free?? If free then maybe a change to something else might be in order.
    Code:

Avast is free, so I'm planning on uninstalling and using defender until I find a new solution :) What else can I do?

Ok mate that is a start and if you want something free then this is about a good as a list as there is
Free Windows Desktop Software Security List | Gizmo's Freeware have a trawl through the real time stuff steerig clear of Avast and AVG of course.

Now in the msinfo you have some problem devices too one - the Realtek is probably a graphics based one the others I am not sure of without researching them.
See pic and I think maybe it might be an idea to post this in the 8 forum - run by the same folks as here and the 10 forum and being 8 I am not real sure of working with it - I am certainly having problems opening the dump files at least. If you do start a thread over there and link this thread.
