    Hey there!
    Code:
    BugCheck 1000009F, {4, 258, fffffa8006cbd040, fffff800041e23d0}

    Unable to load image \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\btwampfl.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for btwampfl.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for btwampfl.sys
    Probably caused by : btwampfl.sys ( btwampfl+5874e )
    This is your Broadcom Bluetooth driver, update it.

    Yea do that. You don't have bad English at all, if you keep practicing you'll know good English in no time.

    Is bluetooth a must for you?

    If not, disable bluetooth in device manager for good. Enable it back only when you use it, and then disable it again when the use is over.

    If the computer does not go to sleep or hibernate with bluetooth on, the BSOD should not be there.

    One more thing .....
    fffff880`0350e140 fffff880`043b4200Unable to load image \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\NortonData\21.5.0.19\Definitions\BASHDefs\20140703.001\BHDrvx64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for BHDrvx64.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for BHDrvx64.sys

    If disabling bluetooth is not enough to solve the BSOD, you may need to uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool and use any other antivirus.

    I would recommend MSE with MBAM. If that is not enough you should go for Avira with MBAM. That will keep you super-safe.
