    Random BSOD

I've been getting random BSOD's for the past couple months. Using BlueScreenView I see it is caused by Driver: ntoskrnl.exe. I have attached the dump file. Hoping someone can help me out. Thanks.

    Hi teeup4.

    Please uninstall this program .....

    • Start Menu\Programs\Wise Program Uninstaller

... and report us for any further BSOD after doing it.

So, things had been working very well for 2 weeks then I wake up this morning to another message saying that Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. My new minidump is attached.Hoping someone can help.

The same thing is causing the BSOD right there.

It is still there, nicely running, not uninstalled as suggested earlier.
    Code:
wisetdifw WiseTDIFw \??\c:\windows\wisetdifw64.sys Kernel Driver Yes System Running OK Normal No Yes
How can you expect a stability with the crasher present in the system?

After your first reply I respected your input and promptly did an uninstall on Wisecare. However, my assumption that the uninstaller would remove any other related files was apparently incorrect.
So now, I found the file wisetdifw64.sys and deleted it manually. I hope that was the appropriate action to take?
After scanning my c drive for anything else containing "wise" I found the following:
    wise.xmd
    WiseHDInfo64.dll

Can I remove either or both of these?

    Delete these two:

    • wisehdinfo WiseHDInfo \??\c:\windows\wisehdinfo64.dll
    • wisetdifw WiseTDIFw \??\c:\windows\wisetdifw64.sys
