Older PC. BSOD often both when idle and playing

Hi there,

I have an older PC (4-5 years). Ever since I got it its been shutting down often (blue screen) both while it just sits there idle but more often when Im playing (mostly Sims and some older games). Sometimes it happens 10 times a day and sometimes it runs fine for 2-3 days. I just got Sims 4 and it shuts down after just 10 min of play even though it should be okay according to the system requirements.
The graphics card cooler get really noisy during gameplay and the temp goes from 63C to about 80C.
The HDD temp is constantly around 50C which is a little high.
I sent it in for repair twice while the warranty was still valid. Once they replaced the HDD and second time they replaced the graphics card and it still kept shutting down.
Ive since then replaced the HDD again, the CPU cooler and the PSU.
I hope someone can help.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
