System service ext. with pink lines

I was playing a game, when suddenly dashed, curved pink lines appeared all over my monitor, then restarted the computer moments later. After that, BSOD appeared with following info:

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    Technical info:
    STOP: 0000003B ...
    *** win32k.sys - Adress FFFFF9600009C9A4 ...

This time it offered Startup recovery, which I tried, but no dice, and start windows normally which leads to the same BSOD. Note that the pink lines were on the monitor the whole entire time. I think it has something to do with my graphic card. I tried adjusting the cable, nothing happened. I vaccumed my PC around 5 hours ago, but didn't touch any hardware with it. Any ideas? :-(

Thanks for the welcome. Sadly, my computer cannot boot up properly to download the file and finish the tutorial. In safe mode, the internet doesn't work. I am writing this from my phone. I can photograph the BSOD I am getting and post it here, if that will help in any way. Otherwise, there isn't much else I can do.

    A photo might help.

Here is a tutorial by Gregrocker that should help. Read carefully and completely.
