I think this might be a failing GPU. Can you borrow a friends GPU and check?

Small problem, at this point i am the only one of my friends who plays on a good PC. One friend only has Intel HD graphics and the other one has a laptop. So i can't really burrow..

Then comes the problem that it only crashes on (somewhat) big games, so i need a normal-decent gpu to run it. So if i can replace it i need 90 euros or something like that, which might take a while right now. Sorry.

You could try this MS fix it KB2665946, it worked for me with the first part of your prob, fails/recovers.
    Did not have BSOD thou.

Does seem to increase boot time, and i see 6/7 blue very small blue boxes top left as it boots...

Another Bsod, this time it flashed incredibly quickly before restarting because windows resetted the option regarding auto-restart on system failure.

Well, i got the error!. No dumps have been made oddly again :/.

    irql not less or equal.

So everything points at (what you said before) faulty hardware.

So heres what im planning to do:

Buy another GTX 750Ti, replace current one and see if issues keep happening.
If it fixes them, send old GTX to the shop and using warranty ask for a new one.
If i get it send back ill probably turn it into SLI.

Guess im just gonna pop in once more, I have nearly gotten enough money for the card.

But: Windows just froze on me, randomly froze completely. But music from games and i could still talk through skype. screen froze, keyboard froze, mouse froze. Windows also made a bzzz sound in my headset for a second.

This is what eventviewer of windows has to say about it:

Gebeurtenisfilter met query SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.

    Short translation:
99 can't be reactivated in room //./root/CIMV2 because error ******. There is a chance of no further reports after this issue till its resolved.
