Rebuilt computer after lightning strike. Receives 0x000001 BSOD

Last week, lightning destroyed my power supply and motherboard in my previous computer. Thankfully, all other components and hardware were left undamaged because the computer was grounded correctly, sparing attached hardware (so it seems).

I had an older tower with a motherboard compatible for all my current equipment and so I switched boards.

Things run correctly as far as I can tell, but after 3 hours of turning it on, I got a 0x00000101 BSOD, telling me about a CPU's secondary processor clock problem. I know this error is everyone nightmare because it is in fact so hard to diagnose, so I need some help. I get this error every 10-20 minutes or so of the computer being on, but it does seem to vary before it gets the BSOD. I'm suspecting that either some hardware was damaged, or it is a compatibility issue.

I have only had a power supply blow up one time.
Replace the power supply and everything work fine for a little while.
Over about a month the rest of the hardware would go bad one at a time.
I just junked the whole computer and built a new one. It was just costing to much time and money to piece meal (patch) the computer.

I would at this time back up everything you want to keep just to be sure noting is lost if the worst happens.

Their is no way of knowing what is going to happen.

I will watch and let the BSOD Team deal with your BSOD.

They are very busy so just hang in there.
