BSOD when I leave new system alone

Pretty much every time I leave it alone until it goes into sleep mode, a blue screen seems to happen, doesn't matter if I am right next to it on my tablet, or if I leave it alone and go to work. I first thought the problem was heat related (that I needed to reapply thermal paste or something) but I don't think it is at this point (especially since the computer can play games for hours that cause the fans to go at max speed).

My system specs are in my profile but I'll post them here as well just in case.

    Computer type: PC/Desktop
    Computer Manufacturer/Model Number: Custom
    OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
    CPU: i5-4590
    Motherboard: GIGABYTE z97-D3H
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB
Graphics Card(s): Intel Graphics 4600 (onboard graphics), XFX R9 290A Double Dissipation (dedicated graphics)
    Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
Hard Drives: SAMSUNG EVO 850 120GB (for OS and some things), Western Digital Black 1TB (for everything else)
PSU: XFX Core Edition 850W PRO
    Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, 2 Cooler Master Case Fans
    Antivirus: Norton Internet Security
    Browser: Firefox 39.0

BSOD is usually caused by problem connected with RAM. Have you checked your random access memory?
Test it with a software, called Windows memory diagnostic tool and see if it shows any errors.
Then open your computer and get the RAM stick(s) out of the slot(s),check if there's a dust around it,clean it and put them back right in the slots.
    This might fix the problem...

You're encoutering 0x124s, these are normally harwdare related but have also been attributed to gigabyte motherboard utilities. In all of your logs the service highlighted below is showing.
    Code:
    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
    Arg2: fffffa800982d028, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
    Arg3: 00000000bf800000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
    Arg4: 0000000000200401, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

    Debugging Details:
    ------------------
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x124_GenuineIntel

    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1

    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT

    PROCESS_NAME: ubssrv_oc_only
Uninstall Gigabyte AppCenter and test the system for stability.

I uninstalled Gigabyte Appcenter and left it idle for several hours and I have no message saying windows has recovered from a crash. That quite possibly was it. Thank you. I'll keep checking every few days to see if it still happens then I'll mark it as solved.
